Orders are packed and shipped five days a week, Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays. Please allow 7-10 business days from order date for your order to be shipped. We use USPS for shipping. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors. If your tracking number states it has been delivered, please check with your local post office for delivery information.
Jane & Kate accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Sezzle. Be sure to include the correct billing and shipping addresses at checkout.
If for some reason an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order and you will receive an email confirming the items in your order that were processed. You will only be charged for items that are in-stock and processed. If all of the items on your order are out of stock, then your order will be cancelled, your credit card charge will be voided, and a notification email will be sent to you explaining the reason for cancellation.
